The drawing comes from Oltrarno Design studies on paper and reaches the rug without losing the trace of the hand. The figures chase each other across the ground, overlap, and let the field breathe, in a balance that shifts with the light of the room.
Each piece is hand knotted to size in wool and silk, with lead times that follow the workshop schedule. Proportions adapt to the space: the standard format is the starting point, but the drawing is recomposed whenever the project calls for it.
The finish is matt, with silk marking only a few passages of the design. Dry cleaning is recommended, along with periodic rotation to spread wear evenly.

Which sizes are available? Can it be made to measure?
The starting sizes are 200×300 and 300×400 cm. Every design can be recomposed to measure: state the dimensions in the request form and you will receive a proposal with the design adapted to your space.
What are the production times and how is it shipped?
Each piece is made to order and lead times follow the workshop schedule: we confirm them in our reply to your request. The rug travels rolled on a tube, protected and insured, with shipment tracking.
Can I receive a sample before ordering?
Yes. Mention it in the request form: we send a swatch of the material and of the design colours, so you can judge them in the room before confirming the order.
